Our product
Welded Steel Pipe
Welded steel pipe is a durable, cost-effective tubular product formed by bending steel plates or coils and welding the seam—either longitudinally or spirally. Widely used in construction, oil and gas transportation, and water systems, these pipes offer high structural strength, tight tolerances, and superior surface quality. Key types include ERW, HFW, and SAW (LSAW and SSAW).
As your reliable partner, United All Steels offers SSAW steel pipes certified to API 5L and GB/T 9711 international standards. Available in sizes from DN200 to DN2000, our carbon steel pipes are subject to rigorous quality control throughout the production process to guarantee optimal performance.
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipe is produced using resistance welding technology. The pipe edges are heated to over 1000°C with a current of 2,000A–10,000A, then joined under welding pressure of 5MPa–15MPa.
This manufacturing process offers high production efficiency and significantly reduces costs, making ERW pipe widely used across various applications.
LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) pipe is manufactured from a single medium-thick steel plate, formed using the JCOE or UOE process, and welded via double-sided submerged arc welding. This method delivers high weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
LSAW steel pipe excels in high-pressure, long-distance transportation applications such as offshore engineering. With anti-corrosion treatment, its service life is significantly extended.
