Coated Carbon Steel Pipe

A Coated Carbon Steel Pipe combines high-strength steel with a protective layer like epoxy, polyethylene, or cement. This extends the lifespan of buried or submerged pipelines by preventing rust, reducing friction, and resisting harsh chemicals, making it essential for oil, gas, and water infrastructure.

FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) steel pipe: A single-layer, high-performance thermoset polymer. Best for moderate environments and known for its incredible adhesion to the steel surface.

3PE / 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) steel Pipe: The industry standard for buried pipelines. It combines the chemical adhesion of FBE with the rugged mechanical toughness of high-density polyethylene.

Concrete Coated Pipe, or Concrete Weight Coating (CWC), is a specialized system where a layer of heavy concrete is applied over a pre-existing anti-corrosion coating (like 3PE or FBE). This is primarily used for underwater and offshore pipelines.
